Austrian Visa Documents Required:

(A) General Requirements:

• Please Note: That All Decisions Concerning the Issuance of, Duration and Number of Entries Regarding the Visa Are at the Sole Discretion of the Austria Embassy.
• Photograph: One Passport Size Photograph With White Background
• Passport With 3 Months Validity From the Date When You Finish Your Trip.
• Travel Details: You Need to Provide Details of Your Flight or Train or Any Means of Transportation You Are Taking to Travel to Austria.
• Accommodation Details: If You Are Staying at Hotel or Any Paid Accommodation Than You Need to Provide Its Details or if You Are Invited by Your Known Persons Than His/her Details Will Be Required. Kindly Contact Us to Know the Detailed Documentation. Letter from Your Employer Is Required as Well as 3 Month Pay Slips Are Also Required.
• Bank Statements: 3 Months Bank Statement (Online Statement Is Not Accepted) in Case You Print It Online Kindly Get It Endorsed by Your Bank. Euro Travelers Check Are Also Accepted as the Proof of Finance. You Must Have 60 Euro Checks/day
• Travel Medical Insurance (Minimum Coverage of 30.000 Euros to Cover Any Expenses Which Might Arise in Connection With Repatriation for Medical Reasons, Urgent Medical Attention and/or Emergency Hospital Care or Death, During the Stay(S) on the Territory of the Member States). If Insurance Is Provided With Your Bank Account Then an Original Letter From Your Bank Confirming This and Should Not Be Older Than 1 Month.
• Travel Authorization for Minors or Court Decision (Where as Applicable).

(B) Specific Requirements:

• For Applicants Who Are Supported By A Spouse: a Covering Letter Which States Who Is Sponsoring the Trip. In Case you’re Marriage Certificate Is Not in English Then You Need to Get It Translated into English or Austrian and Endorsed by Your Relevant Embassy.
• For Self-Employed: a Letter (No Older Than 3 Months) From an Accountant or a Solicitor, Tax Paying Slips, Business Incorporation Letter.
• For Students: a Letter from Your College/university Confirming Attendance. This Letter Must Not Be Older than 1 Month, on Headed Paper; Stating Name and Dates of Your Course, Confirming Attendance, This Letter Should Also State You’re Dates of Travel.

(C) For Spouse Of UK/EU Nationals:

• Passport with 3 Months Validity from the Returning Date to UK and if You Have Old Passport Then Bring That as Well With Photocopies.
• Passport of Spouse With 3 Months Validity From the Returning Date to UK and if You Have Old Passport Then Bring That as Well With Photocopies.
• Photograph: One Passport Size Loose Picture.
• Marriage Certificate: In English Language
