• 2 Photographs (In passport format) should be attached to the application form showing the complete face of the applicant. The photographs should be taken on a light background.
• Proof of accommodation should accompany the application like hotel bookings containing the entire details of stay in Sweden.
• Applicant should take Travel Medical Insurance confirming minimum coverage of EUR 30,000 for Sweden and other Schengen countries.
• Application should be accompanied with proof of transportation (Flight tickets/Train Tickets/Driving License/Vehicle Registration Number).
• A Copy of Return-ticket reservation
• Travel Itinerary and Cover Letter should state the purpose of your visit to Schengen country ( In case of a family visit, a letter from host or sponsor, host’s passport copies, and other necessary details with application should be accompanied -if applicable)
• Documents as proof of Civil Status (Marriage certificate, Birth Certificate of children, and Ration Card if applicable).
• Sufficient Personal Means of Subsistence. A Proof of income should be attached as proof by the applicant showing sufficient financial means to cover the expenses during the stay in Sweden. The applicant must attest possessing 450 SEK or 48.26 EUR/day for stay in Sweden, at the time of applying Swedish Schengen Visa.

Specific Document requirements For Sweden Visa

Business Purpose: Invitation letter(From the company in Sweden which you will visit along with the address and date of visit) + Certificate from the employer (affirming your business travel) + Business Bank Statement (Last 6 months from application) + MOA & AOA in original certified copy/Trade License/ Partnership or Proprietorship documents + Letter of Invitation (Must state the coverage of expenses for stay in Sweden either by employer or Company in Sweden)

VI. Medical Purpose: Medical attestation from the hospital or doctor in Sweden ( Stating the medical situation and your date of appointment) + Receipt of medical fees + Local Medical report

VII. Film crew/Cultural/Sports/Religious Purpose: Invitation letter from the concerned authority (Providing details regarding the event, expense coverage, etc.) Name of the crew members + Duration of stay along with travel itinerary+ Entry tickets of the Event

VIII. Members of Official Delegations: Purpose of journey to Sweden + Duration of stay and place of accommodation + Official Invitation along with identity Proof

IX. Training/Research/Studies/Internship Purpose: Enrollment Certificate + Certificate for the courses attended or completed + Financial Sustenance

X. Spouse of a Swedish citizen: Proof of Swedish Citizenship of Spouse + Original Marriage Certificate (Swedish).

XI. Transit Visa: Entry Permit in transit country+ Valid Visa for destination country

XII. Minor: Proof of Parent’s Income (Income or Bank Statements) + Swedish Visa Application to be accompanied with authorization by parents or legal guardian.
