• 2 passport-format Photographs should be attached to the application-form showing the complete face of the applicant. The photographs should be taken on a light background.
• Proof of accommodation should accompany the application like hotel bookings containing the entire details of stay in Spain.
• Applicant should take Travel Medical Insurance affirming minimum coverage of EUR 30,000 for Spain and other Schengen countries.
• Application should be accompanied with proof of transportation (Flight tickets/Train Tickets/Driving License/Vehicle Registration Number).
•  A copy of return ticket reservation.
• Travel Itinerary and Cover Letter  should state the  purpose of your visit to Schengen country ( In case of  a family visit, a letter from host or sponsor, host’s passport copies and other necessary details with application should be accompanied -if applicable)
• Documents as proof of Civil Status (Marriage certificate, Birth Certificate of children and Ration Card if applicable).
• Sufficient Personal Means of Subsistence.  Proof of income should be attached as proof by the applicant showing sufficient financial means to cover the expenses during the stay in Spain. The overall amount required for a duration of up to 10 days is EUR 583.74 (i.e. 90% of the gross national minimum wage which is EUR 598.68) whereas, in case of a duration exceeding 10 days, the daily required amount is EUR 64.86
